Terms and Conditions

Before you enter the competition please ensure that you have read the following terms and conditions carefully.

Submission of video lessons:

This competition is open to all users of www.insideout.net, but is limited to one entry per person per monthly competition.

To enter please email your video according to the guidelines outlined, to
inside-out-photo@macmillan.com

Alternatively you can send your video lesson on a CD to:

The competition closes on the last day of each month and the winner will be notified by the 7th of the month after the competition has closed. The competition close date is specified on the video competition page.

N.B.
You will retain copyright, but give Macmillan permission to make your videos freely available for download on our websites.

Eligibility:
This competition is not open to employees of Macmillan or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

Timing :
The closing date for the Inside Out Video lesson competition is the last day of the month specified on the Video Competition page.

Prizes:
The Inside Out Competition prizes are not redeemable or transferable for cash. The prizes will be delivered to the winners via a means determined by Macmillan Publishers Limited. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value should a specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

Winners will be contacted and then announced on the Inside Out website and also in the Macmillan English Update newsletter once a decision has been reached. The judges' decision is final.

Macmillan Publishers Limited shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage whatsoever or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this prize and competition.

Macmillan Publishers Limited accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Macmillan Publishers Limited reserves the right to use extracts in publicity from any project entered.

The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this promotion.
