Unit 4

Furniture

Use this quiz, which focuses on furniture items found around the house, as revision and vocabulary extension for the words learnt on page 19. While your students are answering the quiz questions ask them to write down their answers. Once they have finished the quiz they could design their ideal room layout, using the items they have written down.

Horoscopes

On page 20 there is a horoscope that focuses on where people would like to live depending on their star sign. Here is a comprehensive horoscope site with lots of areas to look at. Ask the students to click on their sign and focus on a particular area, eg, career, travel, love etc.
